What counts as a help?
One explanation: a bill, a letter or a medicine bottle. Several photos of the same thing count as one. The first few questions about it are included; after that, every three more use one more help. A recorded doctor visit uses about one help for every 20 minutes. Minutes count the time spent talking out loud with Mimi Care.
What if we run out?
Add 20 helps for $3.99 or 30 minutes of talking for $2.99, for one person, until the end of that plan month.
Do family members share?
No. On Family plans each person has their own helps and minutes every month.
Can we cancel?
Any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. All purchases are final, as our Terms explain.
