Senior living
Give every resident a patient helper.
One that never gets tired.
Mimi Care helps residents of independent and assisted living understand the bills, mail and medicine labels that land in their mailbox, and points out the warning signs of a scam before money moves.

For your community
What your community gets
Spanish from day one
Residents who prefer Spanish hear every explanation in Spanish. Nothing extra to set up.
One bill for your community
Your community pays for the residents who use Mimi Care, so residents never enter a card.
Signs residents can hear
Turn on Mimi Care signs, and a resident can scan the code on a notice in a common area to hear it read out loud.
Day to day
How it shows up
A letter that sounds scary
A resident gets a Medicare letter that sounds alarming. Mimi Care describes what it looks like and who it’s addressed to, and suggests checking with family before acting.
A bill that went up
A resident takes a picture of the electric bill. Mimi Care says what it looks like and what’s due, and if the bill prints last month’s amount, it can point out the difference.
A new medicine label
A resident wants to know what a new label says. Mimi Care reads the name and the directions out loud. Dosing questions go to the pharmacist.
What organizations should know
Encrypted, and not used to train AI
Photos and explanations are sent over an encrypted connection and stored encrypted. We don’t use them to train AI. Every time a saved help is opened or deleted, it’s recorded in an audit log.
AI from Anthropic
Mimi Care runs on AI from Anthropic, one of the world’s leading AI companies. Anthropic’s commercial terms prohibit it from training on what we send. Under its published policy, it deletes that within 30 days, and keeps it longer (up to 2 years) only if its safety systems flag it for review.
For the United States
Mimi Care is offered in the United States only, and its service turns away connections from other countries.
Scam warning signs
Mimi Care points out pressure to pay, threats and strange phone numbers, so a resident can stop and check before money moves.
English and Spanish
Residents can use the whole app in English or Spanish.
Built for dignity
Mimi Care never tells a resident to pay, sign or call anyone back. It explains, then suggests checking with someone they trust.
