For organizations

Built for the teams who care for older adults.

Mimi Care is an app the older adults you serve can simply talk to. It explains the mail, the bills and the medicine labels out loud, in plain words, in English or Spanish.

The Mimi Care home screen: “Good morning, Margaret.” A large circle labeled “Tap to talk,” the next two medicines with “Took it” buttons, and “Then 1:30 PM Call my daughter Sarah.”

What organizations should know

  • Encrypted, and not used to train AI

Photos and explanations are sent over an encrypted connection and stored encrypted. We don’t use them to train AI. Every time a saved help is opened or deleted, it’s recorded in an audit log.

  • AI from Anthropic

Mimi Care runs on AI from Anthropic, one of the world’s leading AI companies. Anthropic’s commercial terms prohibit it from training on what we send. Under its published policy, it deletes that within 30 days, and keeps it longer (up to 2 years) only if its safety systems flag it for review.

  • For the United States

Mimi Care is offered in the United States only, and its service turns away connections from other countries.

  • Scam warning signs

Mimi Care points out pressure to pay, threats and strange phone numbers, so a resident can stop and check before money moves.

  • English and Spanish

Residents can use the whole app in English or Spanish.

  • Built for dignity

Mimi Care never tells a resident to pay, sign or call anyone back. It explains, then suggests checking with someone they trust.
